RAW SIGNAL STUDIO / INFORMATION
Your data,
clearly explained.
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the Raw Signal Studio contact form.
Who is responsible?
Miguel Gonçalves, operating as Raw Signal Studio in Portugal. For questions about your data, use the contact form and start your message with “Privacy”.
What information do we receive, and why?
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and the message you choose to send. We use this information to reply, understand your project and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We do not add these messages to a marketing list.
Processing needed to respond to a potential project request is based on pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. For other enquiries, it is based on our legitimate interest in replying to a message we receive.
How is the message delivered?
The form uses Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to process the submission and forward it to our email. Infrastructure and spam protection providers used by the service may also process the information. Web3Forms states that data may be processed outside the European Economic Area and that it uses standard contractual clauses for these transfers. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
How long is it kept?
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and for any period required by law. You can request deletion of a message where those obligations do not apply. Web3Forms states that submission data may remain in its service for up to three years, depending on the form settings.
What are your rights?
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object where applicable. To exercise these rights, use the contact form and start your message with “Privacy”. You can also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
